Corrugated Food Trays
A pan liner is the least glamorous item on this site and one of the most immediately useful. It sits between your product and your pan, so the pan comes out clean, the product comes out whole, and — if you specify it that way — the liner stays on the product as its packaging all the way to the customer.
That last part is what turns a consumable into a saving. A bake-in liner removes a decanting step, a cooling rack transfer and a separate piece of packaging from your process.
Pricing starts from $0.30 per tray
The unit price depends on the size, board, printing, finishing, quantity and delivery country, so every quote is worked out for your specification rather than taken from a list.
Send the size and the run length. We reply with pricing, material options and a production date — usually within one working day.
01 — Specification
Every element below is set when we quote. Nothing here is a fixed catalogue entry — if a line does not match what you need, say so and we will change it.
02 — Build the spec
The same five questions we would ask on a phone call, with the corrugated pan liner already selected. You get a properly detailed brief at the end, which is what makes a first quote accurate rather than approximate.

03 — In detail
A pan liner that is thrown away after the bake and a pan liner that goes to the customer with the product are specified quite differently. The disposable one only has to release cleanly and survive the oven. The retail one also has to look right, hold its shape after cooling, take print, and carry the product through handling without collapsing.
Decide which you are buying before you ask for pricing, because the cheaper one is genuinely cheaper and the more expensive one genuinely earns its cost. Buying the disposable grade for a retail product is a false economy that shows up on the shelf.
Pleated cases sized to your tin volume. The classic bake-and-sell format for banana bread, tea loaves and pound cake.
Flat or shallow-walled liners cut to full, half and quarter sheet pans, or to whatever non-standard pans your kitchen actually owns.
For cake tins and deep pans. Cut with a pleated wall so the liner stands up in an empty tin rather than collapsing inward.
Small square and round liners for basket air fryers. A growing request from ghost kitchens and small food producers.
Three numbers per pan and we can cut a liner that fits properly rather than approximately.
| Measurement | Where to take it | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Internal length | Base of the pan, not the rim | Pans taper, and the base is the dimension that governs fit |
| Internal width | Base of the pan | Same reason |
| Internal depth | Base to rim, vertically | Sets the liner wall height and therefore the usable volume |
If the pan has rounded corners, tell us the radius as well — a square-cornered liner in a round-cornered pan buckles at the corners and leaves gaps.

Chosen because operators who buy the corrugated pan liner usually need one of these in the same order, not because they happen to sit in the same category.

Bake-grade liners are made for it, and we confirm the tested temperature range for the grade you order. Do not assume every paper liner is oven-safe — tell us the temperature you bake at and we will supply the right grade.
Greaseproof liners release most bakes cleanly, which is one of the main reasons to use them. Very sticky mixes — heavy caramel or high-sugar bakes — can still adhere. If your product is one of those, tell us and we will point you at the right surface.
Internal length and width at the base rather than the rim, plus internal depth. Pans taper, so a liner cut to the rim will not sit down properly. Add the corner radius if your pan has rounded corners.
Yes, where the liner goes to the customer with the product. The ink has to be oven-stable, which is a specific specification. If the liner is discarded after the bake, printing it is money spent on something nobody sees.
That is what the pleating is for. A flat sheet liner slumps into an empty pan; a pleated wall holds its height while you fill it, which makes filling faster and more consistent.
We cut small square and round liners for basket air fryers. Air fryers move a lot of air, so a liner needs enough weight that it does not lift into the element — mention the model and we will advise.
For many bakes, yes — the liner plus a band or a sleeve is a complete retail pack. It saves a decanting step and a separate container. Tell us it is a retail application and we will specify a grade that still looks good after cooling.
Liners are small and simple, so minimums are lower than for structural trays. The cutting tool is inexpensive. Ask for pricing across a few quantities and pick the point where the unit cost flattens.
Send the dimensions, the quantity and the country you want it delivered to. We come back with a full quote — material, print, finishing, freight and a production date.
