About The Food Trays
We make food trays to order. Not a catalogue of stock sizes with a logo option — the size, the board, the treatment, the structure and the print are all specified per customer, per order.
What we supply
60 distinct tray styles across 11 categories: kraft and corrugated service trays, catering trays and platters, bakery and dessert packaging, compartment and meal trays, moulded fibre and produce packaging, charcuterie boards, sushi and seafood formats, and printed versions of all of them.
The range reflects what customers ask for most often rather than a limit on what can be made. If a shape is not on the site, send a sample or a sketch and we will tell you whether it can be tooled and what it would cost.
How we work
Every enquiry starts with the food rather than the format. What is going in the tray, what a portion looks like, whether it is eaten immediately or driven across a city — those three answers determine more about the right specification than a catalogue number ever will.
From there the sequence is consistent: we quote against your specification with freight to your address, supply a dieline before your designer starts, prove the artwork before we print, and confirm a real production date rather than a generic lead-time range. The cutting die stays on file, so repeat orders and design changes cost less than the first run.
What we will and will not tell you
We will tell you the exact board, the exact treatment on the food-contact face, and any certification the specific material holds and in which market — in writing, because that document is what any claim you make on your packaging has to rest on.
We will not describe a tray as compostable, home compostable, biodegradable or recyclable unless the material you have ordered genuinely supports that claim where you sell it. Those terms have defined meanings that differ between the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, and the risk of an unsupported claim sits with whoever prints it on the pack rather than with the supplier who suggested it.
We will also tell you when a cheaper option would do the job, and when the specification you have asked for will not survive the food you are putting in it. Both conversations are more useful than a quote that looks good and disappoints later.
Where we supply
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia. Those four markets are genuinely different — portion scale, sizing conventions, labelling requirements and freight economics all vary — which is why we size from your actual product rather than from a regional norm. Freight is quoted to your address so the landed cost is visible rather than added at the end.

Do you hold stock?
Almost everything we supply is made to order, which is the point: a tray built around your food beats a stock size you have to arrange your food to fit. That does mean planning ahead rather than ordering on a Thursday for a Friday.
Which countries do you supply?
The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Those four markets differ enough in portion conventions, sizing and labelling that we size from your product rather than from a regional standard.
Will you tell me not to buy something?
Regularly. If a cheaper format does the job, or if stock packaging is the right answer at your volume, saying so is more useful than a quote you regret. It is also how we get repeat orders.
