The full range
60 tray styles across 11 categories, from a single-portion kraft snack tray to a lidded catering platter that has to survive a van. Every one is cut to your dimensions, in the board you specify, printed or plain.
If you already know the format you want, the categories below are the fastest route. If you do not, describe the food and the setting in the form and we will narrow it down for you — including saying plainly when a cheaper format would do the job.
Tell us the food, the portion and where it is eaten. We will recommend a format and price it.
Grouped by what the tray has to do rather than by material, because that is how buyers actually search.

3 trays →There are 60 distinct tray styles across 11 categories on this site, and every one is made to order rather than picked from a stock list. If the shape you need is not here, send a sample or a sketch — the range reflects what customers ask for most often, not a limit on what we can make.
Start from the food rather than the format. Tell us what you are serving, roughly what a portion looks like, and where it is eaten. That is enough for us to narrow it to two or three styles and explain the trade-off between them.
Yes, and it is usually cheaper than ordering them separately because artwork and setup are shared. Send the full list of what you need and we will quote them as one project.
Yes. A great many customers run plain stock for a first order while artwork is being developed, then move to printed on the second. The cutting die is reusable, so the second order only carries plate cost.
It varies by format. Small single-colour folding board runs start considerably lower than moulded fibre, which needs a formed tool. Ask for pricing at two or three quantities and the unit cost curve will make the sensible commitment obvious.
The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Freight and duty differ by destination, so tell us the delivery country and postcode at quote stage and the pricing will reflect the landed position rather than a factory-gate figure.
It depends on the format, the print and whether a new cutting die or moulded tool is needed. Folding board is quickest, moulded fibre is slowest. We confirm real dates on the quote rather than quoting a generic range.
In almost every case. Post us the tray, or send photographs beside a ruler. We reverse-engineer the flat blank so your racks, carriers, sleeves and portioning all stay unchanged.
Send the food, the portion size and roughly how many trays you get through. You get pricing, material options and a realistic production date — usually within one working day.
